Steps to reproduce:
Firefox nightly for android.
Steps:
- go to https://gaana.com/login
- Click on get otp button without filling up the form.
- A rectangle button outline layout shows up.
Actual results:
A rectangular button layout dotted outline shows showing HTML5 components.
Expected results:
No outline should have produced by clicking on get otp button without filling login form.

I suspect this isn't a WebRender related problem.

I suspect this isn't a WebRender related problem.
The same thing I tried on chrome android browser but no outline poped-up. So as far as my observation concern it's bug in Firefox Nightly.
