When I copy and paste text from an external app say Microsoft Word X to Chimera
some of the characters apostrophe's "'" don't translate properely sometimes.
Below is a sample...

This also occurs for me when copying from Word X, and AppleWorks 6.2.4, but not
from TextEdit, Project Builder 2.0 beta, and Terminal. Copying the text between
the applications has no problems, nor does it have any problem with the Cocoa
text fields of the Chimera interface.

Seems like it always happens I just type this out in word and pasted it to the
bugzilla text box. I should Read...

Tested with 2002080905 

You may have noticed the "'" on the "don't" of the test case in the first post
showed up properely I think that was just a fluke, or I didn't reproduce the bug
in the exact order the examples above in this post are in the exact order... I
typed that sentance out in word and pasted to chimera.

Isn't this an issue with curly quotes, and other high-ASCII characters? We
probably need to do character set conversions.

hmm, the following text (copied from Word X) looks fine to me in this textarea:

    Isn’t this a test? Where’s Pinky’s “Brain”, anyhow?

tested on 10.2.2 with 2002.12.04.04.
