The test fails only on Linux for some reasons. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1510030#c18
I will track down the failure reason in this bug.

It turns out that the test has been flaky in the first place regardless of its backends.
It actually failed in TV on Windows non WebRender.
