Disconnected from sync 6 times in the last month, and each time I reconnect a new device shows up

So, over the last month I have had my iOS device disconnect from sync six times.
Each time I reconnect, the device is setup as a new device, which means that I now have my phone listed in my sync accounts 6 times (it would be seven, as I'm currently disconnected, and haven't bothered to re-connect just yet)
I have no clear STR, nor any clear pattern as to why it's happening, but it's definitely pretty bad.
I've been disconnected before, but never this frequently.
I'd like to provide any debug assistance required if necessary!

Hi Matthew, this is a known issue and should be fixed in the current app store version (v23). Please re-open the bug if you are still getting disconnected after updating to latest version.
