Sync with Treeherder team about the best approach for adding a config file-like mechanism. This means either a yaml file or a separate django settings section/module etc.

This config file must include the limits per platform.

For example, something like:

max-backfills:
    per-platform:
        linux: 200
reset-every: 24h
Blocks: 1618812
Assignee: nobody → airimovici
Priority: P2 → P1
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 5 years ago
Resolution: --- → FIXED
