Much like in bug #1609649, we need to strip the TelemetrySessionId from crash reports send with the crash reporter and the in-Firefox crash submission thing.

BTW I also figured out why we added this field in the first place: to add it to the crash pings - not the crash report - so that we could correlate crash pings with main pings in the telemetry dataset.

The telemetry session ID annotation is only used to correlate crash pings with
main pings, it does not need to be sent along with crash reports as we have no
use for it there.
