Bug 1613440 has Thunderbird builds broken currently due to our use of NS_NewNamedThread in IMAP and Calendar.
Until someone is able to do the conversion we would like to add "IMAP" and "ICS parser" to ThreadAllows.txt.

This is to fix build bustage until Thunderbird engineers are able to migrate
these threads to use background tasks.
