161957 - account pane only sorts one way...

not 100% reproducible, but after enough tries, it always happens.

1) open mailnews
2) configure two or more accounts (e.g., nsmail-2 and Local Folders)
4) click on "name" column label to sort accounts by name.
5) if nothing happens, try selecting one of the accounts or possibly one of the
folders in one of the accounts, and then go back to step 4.  click fast (e.g.,
double click) a lot.
6) if you succeed in changing the order in which the accounts are listed, try to
change it back.  it'll again be very difficult.

this bug is very annoying because seemingly for no reason at all mailnews will
resort my accounts, and i'll essentially have no way of reverting to how they
were previously sorted.  the only solution is to restart mailnews :(
