Steps to reproduce:

Saved various pages as bookmarks in various folders (Folder1, Folder2, etc.).

Actual results:

In the "Bookmark this page" selection window, the "Folder" menu value is initially set to "Other bookmarks". After 1-2 seconds, the "Folder" menu value automatically switches to a different folder. Upon changing the folder manually, it stays for 1-2 seconds, then reverts to a different folder automatically.

Expected results:

Upon being bookmarked, the page should be saved in the bookmark folder that the user chooses.
