User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 12607.82.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.123 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Open Add-ons Manager, inspect it
Actual results:
The sidebar is XUL, everything else is XUL.
Expected results:
Since the sidebar is the only remaining XUL in about:addons, it should be converted to HTML.

Oh, I meant to say the sidebar is XUL, everything else is HTML.
