Right now, the (Messaging System page](https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/browser/components/newtab/content-src/asrouter/docs/index.html) has no useful high-level description of what the Messaging System actually is, and at least one person has already asked. Let's fill in that page with something useful...

I have verified, that the "Messaging System" description was added to the "https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/browser/components/newtab/content-src/asrouter/docs/index.html" page.
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (76.0a1 Build ID - 20200329214909)installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.4 and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
