I also noted that the bug you note that this is a dupe of the scrollbar appears
at least once... It does not appear at all on this page using the latest nightly
build...

   Reporter: unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce this  behavior
of Mozilla. Although, some details in your bug report gave us  a  hint
that it may be related to the fact that newer builds  of  Mozilla  may
incorrectly understand the configuration information of  the  previous
builds.
   We would really appreciate if you try a  clean  install.
   "Clean install" means that Mozilla should be  uninstalled  and  its
home directory (usually located at C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla
in Windows based systems) should be erased  manually  along  with  its
contents. After doing that,  please  install  Mozilla  again  and  try
reproducing the bug again.

   Please do not forget to backup your sensitive data (profile, bookmarks,
etc) before trying this.

Also, after reproducing the bug, go to Tools->Web Development->JavaScript
console and cut&paste its contents into the bug report.

P.S. Also, please _always_ include numeric build ID into the report. Somebody
readin your report a couple weeks later will have hard times trying to
understand what build you meant saying "I tried latest nightly".

This is wfm with win2k build 20020808.. and this page has : style="position:absolute
