Right now we're using the URLbar as the strongest spring in the box (excuse my
lack of XUL understanding). It's serving as a flexible spacer. If you remove the
URLbar then all the buttons collapse to the left side. We need a spacer to take
it's place so that I can have buttons on the right and buttons on the left and
nothing in the middle. This flexible spacer could be represented something like
<---> it would also be nice to have a spacer that's the same width as a button
and which doesn't fled. It could be represented as an icon that looks something
like |---|. What do you think, dave? Good idea? Stupid idea?

we just need the spacer. the spring spacer is in.

Flexible spacer is in, I don't think fixed width spacer is necessary for 0.2 but
Joe might get to it anyway.
