Seen while scrolling around on mozilla.org with the debug.picture-caching pref set to true:
There's a certain section of the page that causes full screen invalidations during scrolling, but only if you scroll up, not if you scroll down.

This seems to be working as expected now - there is some invalidation near the top due to the sticky navbar header.
