When I'm enabled in my JSP web application CompressionFilter. Found this problem.

I set Content-Type for the page in the header and in the in the meta tags too.
I user this>
<%@ page contentType="text/html;charset=UTF-8"%>

When I look with RequestDumper from Tomcat 4.0.4 I saw good HTTP response header.

Browser not decode gziped page to this Content-Type, but user as charset default
system Content-Type. (Windows-1250 for me). Browser that generate char "?".

I think that is the same problem as bug #145413

Please provide a packet trace as described in bug 145413.  Or provide a URL to
go to.  Otherwise there is no way to test this bug and fix it.

I believe the original bug was that the page was shown in Windows-1250 in spite
of the 

Content-Type: text/html;charset=UTF-8

header the server sent.

what a hack. I have not touch mozilla code for 2 years. I didn't read these bugs
for 2 years. And they are still there. Just close them as won't fix to clean up.
