Details

Once we have the ability to catch exceptions, write out minidumps and gather annotations in the crash monitor it will be time to wire it up with the front-end code that handles crash reports. This effectively involves removing all the remaining old-style crash reporting interface from nsExceptionHandler.h as well as the CrashReporter* classes and IPC.
