User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0
Steps to reproduce:
Upgraded from 73 to 74 on macOS High Sierra.
Actual results:
Tab texts get fuzzy or half-bolded without any reason. There's no activity in those tabs. Sometimes the font is bright white, sometimes gray, sometimes just out-of-focus.
Expected results:
Tab texts should remain the same, except for tabs that have activity (like Slack).

Hi sami.vanttinen,
Thanks for reporting this bug.
I downloaded Firefox 73 on Mac OSX 10.15, updated to 74 but I was unable to reproduce the behavior you reported. In order to continue investigating, we'll need more info:
-
Can you please check if you experience the same behavior when browsing the tabs on Firefox Nightly? you can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/.
-
Does this issue occur with a new profile as well? You can find the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
-
You can also try testing if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
Lastly, does this occur with the "Default" Firefox theme? Can you please try changing it and see if you can reproduce the same issue?
Thanks!
Virginia

The same doesn't happen with Nightly or the Developer edition. Making a new profile or using Safe Mode didn't solve the issue. I'm already using the default theme.
Hi sami.vanttinen,
Thanks for confirming.
I'm still unable to reproduce it, but I'll go ahead and add this ticket to the Firefox Theme product in the hope that someone with more expertise can take a look and advise.
Regards,
Virginia

It's harder to reproduce now, but I tried to narrow it down with mozregression:

I'm going to do a rerun just in case.
