[Affected Platforms]:

- Have a Firefox profile with the environment set to "Stage (preview)" using the latest version of the "remote-settings-devtools" add-on.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
- Quickly navigate to 2-3 different websites in different tabs.
- Open another tab and navigate to another website.
- Wait for ~10 seconds.
- Focus the previously opened tabs and observe the right part of "Address Bar".
[Expected result]:
- Only the "Show history", "Page actions", "Save to Pocket", and "Bookmark this page" buttons are displayed.
[Actual result]:
- The "Improve Firefox" CFR button is displayed on all tabs.

- Attached a screen recording of the issue.

Fixed by the patch landed in bug 1622211. We decided to remove the delay effect which was causing this and other issues and instead show the message as soon as a URL is opened.
