Hi All, I can not find a button on the bug report to send it to Tech Evangelism. Trade Station does not work with Mozilla. Its system requirments can be found at: http://www.tradestation.com/images/trading_nav/system_req_button.gif Trade station can be contacted at http://www.tradestation.com/aboutus/default.shtm As users are required to have accounts and passwords, the TE group will have to request a guest account to test with. Many thanks, --Tony
Moving to TE. looks like an activex app. prolly a wontfix big time. where is the requirements url? I can't find it on their site. (and not a link to the image please)
Hi Bob, The requirements can be found by clicking on "os system requirements" on the following page http://www.tradestation.com/tradingplatform/overview.shtm This system has changed dramatically since I had a customer report it to me and I reported it to you. I do believe it has become a stand alone web application that needs some of the underlying IE code to operate but is otherwise independent of a browser. If you look at the requirements page and agree with me on this assessment, then please close the bug. Many thanks, --Tony aewell@gbis.com
Tony, ok I found it thanks. It is not clear to me what the situation is with this app but it does sound like it may be as you describe. sent email to support. let's see what they say.
