Back button does not recall browser page position

Details
If you have scrolled down on a page and then clicked a link to a different page, when you click back to go to the original page it will always go to the top of that page instead of recalling the position that the browser was in when it was last on that page. Note that this is a bug in all current versions of Netscape as well, but it is of sufficient importance that I can call it one of the major reasons for using IE on a day to day basis.
