User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:74.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/74.0
Steps to reproduce:
Have a system in one language (in my case Pt-BR)
Install firefox and select another language to be used (in my case English(United States))
Right-click a tab to bring up the context menu
I haven't tested with other system languages due to Windows version limitations.
Windows 10 home single language, Firefox 74.0.
Couldn't test with nigthly because it doesn't have the option to change language.
Actual results:
Two of the entries appear in the system language instead of the selected language.
"Mute tab" and "Send tab to device".
Expected results:
All entries in the selected language
Hi,
I was unable to reproduce this issue on my end, I tried on Windows 10, with Firefox Release 74 En-US and Pt-BR, and Nightly F76.0a1 (2020-03-19) (64-bits) in En-US, SP-ar, and Pt-BR languages.
Does this issue occur with a fresh profile as well? You can find the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
You can also try testing if the issue is reproducible in safe mode, here is a link that can help you:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
I'm choosing a component for this bug in hope that someone with more expertise may look at it. We'll await their answer.
Regards,
Jerónimo.
I have not been able to reproduce the issue in a fresh profile, but it does happen in safe mode.
It's probably an issue with my profile, though I don't think it has been through many versions of firefox (I reckon I only imported my bookmarks when moving computers last year)
Is there any specific part of the profile that may be related to this problem?

Can you try following these instructions, and use firefox.exe -purgecaches
instead of the command indicated there?
Now this is strange, for a while now the menus went back to being fully in English, but go back to being mixed when running in safe mode.
This was before running -purgecaches. Runnings firefox.exe -purgecaches
and firefox.exe -purgecaches -safe-mode
give the same results as described above.

Moving over to intl, the comments so far indicate it's in the realm of gecko-fluent interactions.
