Steps to reproduce:
-Play an embed video
-Click on PiP
-Drag and drop the PiP-Player to second monitor
-Double-click on it
-Press alt+enter
Actual results:
On double-click it returns to the right-bottom corner on the default-monitor
On alt-enter nothing happens
Expected results:
PiP-Player maximizes on second monitor

Gabi, can you test to see if this is reproducible? Aslo please check windows and osx.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue following the steps provided.
Verified issue on Ubuntu 18.4 two monitors setup, Windows 10x64 laptop with 2 external monitors and macOS 10.15.7, model A1278, via HDMI-DP to 28" Samsung Monitor.
