1622599 - Websocket columns options gets rested after clear

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:73.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/73.0

Steps to reproduce:

1 ) got to https://ws-playground.netlify.com/
2) open network panel
3) click on Connect
4) send some frames
5) open websocket panel by clicking on 101 status code request and then messages
6) set your preferred columns options by right clicking on header of frame table
7) click on clear option
8) send some more frames

Actual results:

columns options got rested to Data and Time and my preferred options got lost

Expected results:

my preferred columns options should stay
