there is no Cancel or OK button on the Manage CRLs dialog box, only a Help
button. Only way to close the dialog box is to click the 'x' in the upper right
corner.

1.open mozilla
2.go to 
3. Edit/Prefs/Privacy and Security/Validation/Manage CRLs
