Hi Michael,

I've been having trouble reproducing your issue, I hooked up an extra monitor to my MacBook but the issue does not occur on my end.
I've tried it both on Firefox 74.0 and Firefox Nightly 76.0a1.

What do you mean by "both closes" as in both of your Firefox windows close when pressing "Esc"?
Please make a recording of the issue and upload it in a comment below so I can fully understand the issue you are experiencing.

Using (Command+Shift+F) only the focused window goes into/out of fullscreen mode.

Thanks!

I'm not using cmd+shift+f for a fullscreen window, I'm fullscreening the player. The video I uploaded has YouTube open on both windows, but it also happens when one is Netflix and one is YouTube. I also have full-screen-api.macos-native-full-screen enabled, which may affect it.

Thanks for clearing that up, I was able to reproduce the issue on Firefox 74.0 and Firefox 76.0a1

However this issue seems to have been reported already in Bug 1621736

Thanks!
