Steps to reproduce:
Case 1:
- Open video
- Throws PiP modal
- Resize
- Back to the video page
- Adjust some video configs
- Return to PiP Again
- Config size and PiP modal position again :-(
Case 2:
- Open youtube
- Open PiP and adjust sizes and positions
- Close
- Open youtube again
- Needs to configure PiP again
Actual results:
PiP modal needs to be resized and re-positioned.
PiP don't remember what is the correct screen.
PiP don't have "memory"
Expected results:
Add ways to keep PiP modal sizes, aspects, positions and others.
Per site, when close and open PiP again, PiP modal should be in the same place.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
When I re-open PiP, I expect it to go to where I last put it. Or at least have an option to remember.

Several patches over the years improved how PiP stores window size and position (though still not perfect. Ex. see Bug 1767414 for issues on Linux). Closing as FIXED since this was a filed as a feature enhancement. Any issues specific to size/position memory should be filed separately as defects.
