Currently we're using the distribution.ini
to set the right distribution ID in Flatpak to be able to read Telemetry from our side. For Snap we consume the mozilla-partners
one here while in Flatpaks we have another file defined in-tree.
This increases the chance to have them out-of-sync at some point so let's switch to doing the same in Flatpak world.

This is effectively a no-op right now, I don't think it's critical to uplift.
