Details

There is no strong need for now, but we may safely put all calls to ShellExecuteByExplorer behind #ifndef MOZ_THUNDERBIRD because Thunderbird does not use mitigation policies which may cause compat issues with a third-party application.

Will Thunderbird execute attachments from the safe location where no other random files are present?
