User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:76.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/76.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Firefox-Nightly.
  2. Boot it in Wayland mode.
  3. Try to use NoScript

Actual results:

The popup is not rendered correctly. See attached screenshot.

I've stopped using it several times, but this bug has been occurring (possibly on/off) for a very long time (6+ months) I have been unable to use NoScript on Firefox under Wayland due to this bug.

I'm not use WebRender

Expected results:

The popup is sized correctly so that I can use NoScript without having to disable/remove it.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
