Recent Fenix nightly, webrender enabled. If I scroll down to the bottom of the page and the dynamic toolbar is hidden, the vertical scrollbar doesn't go all the way down to the bottom of the screen. This had me quite confused as to whether or not I was actually at the bottom of the page (the page in question just had a list of filenames so it wasn't obvious if I was at the end or not).

Basically the same problem as bug 1618432 but for the vertical scrollbar, which should be repositioned and scaled based on the dynamic toolbar state.

I've filed this as bug 1598978, we can use this for WebRender, that bug is for non WebRender. We can of course fix them altogether.
