Mozilla will not renew the contract with Bureau Works. Right now there is a connector made between BW platform and SurveyGuizmo where specific survey to be localized can be pulled from. We would like to disconnect this before the end of the contract.

The access right may have been granted using an individual account, but do look out for @bureauworks.com or @bureautranslations.com

Possible account setup may be using the following addresses:
daniela@bureauworks.com, daniela.santos@bureautranslations.com, and/or it@bureauworks.com.

Priority level is set because of the deadline. We do not want to continue giving vendor access to all our surveys stored in SG. The sooner we can disconnect, the better.

Hi Peiying, the accounts are deleted but we're having trouble narrowing down the API key. Do you know the (approximate) date that Tyler created the API key for integration? Feb 8, 2019 sound right?

Rosanne is handling this from here since my admin status is revoke due to licensing.

@Robert, there is a long email thread on how this came about. You were cc'd starting May 9th after the vendor was cleared for security check. Shraddha (spatil@mozilla.com) was the person who helped setting up the API. She can help with this effort.

I confirm that there are no SurveyGizmo accounts for any of the 3 email address Peiying gave or variations on them. Still tracking down API key identity.

The key generated on Feb 8, 2019 is definitely NOT the one that was connected to Bureauworks. Shradda, we need either the key, or the date it was created, or the Mozilla employee who created it, so that we can ensure we don't delete a key that is in use for another purpose.

@rosanne, could you check user account with @bureauworks.com? That might be the best way to find the info. Initially it was not the person ended up spending the most time with us on the technical side. I just want to make sure we got all of them in case it was under a different name. Thanks!

Do comment on the bug when API is done also.

I'm confirming that the API key that was provided to L10n has been deleted. And also confirming that I searched the list of users for email addresses that contain every permutation I could imagine of the accounts listed above, and found no users.
