Affected platforms

• macOS 10.14
• Windows 10 64bit
• Ubuntu 18.04 64bit.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Access any webpage.
3. Open RDM.
4. Reduce the height of the browser window (or open the Developer tools panel and drag it near the top part of the page).
5. Open the Devices dropdown menu.

Expected result

• All items are successfully displayed. If the dropdown menu is too small to display all the devices, a vertical scrollbar is available for the devices menu.

Actual result

• The items from the devices dropdown menu are not entirely visible/accessible.

Regression Range

• This seems to be a regression.
• Mozregression points out Bug 1610594 for causing this regression.

I believe we already have a bug filed for this at Bug 1620098 and is currently being worked on. Could we resolve this bug as a duplicate?

Also.. I've noticed that the dropdown menu is not behaving nicely while reducing the width of the browser window.

On unaffected builds, the dropdown menu is no longer displayed while dragging the browser window in order to reduce it's width.

I'm wondering if I should file a new issue for this behavior or if this will be fixed here as well (with the one mentioned in comment 0).
