Steps to reproduce:
I created a new session with several tabs (picture 1)
I quit Firefox
I relaunch Firefox
I want to restore the previous session (picture 2)
Actual results:
the line is deactivated
Expected results:
I should be able to restore the previous session and find my tabs again.
it works very well when you have 1 tab but not several.
I think it's related to the bug. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1624526

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
