- Observe the page.
Expected Behavior:
The site page is displayed.
Actual Behavior:
The page is not displayed.
Note
- With ETP set to "Standard" the page is displayed.

Because this bug's Severity has not been changed from the default since it was filed, and it's Priority is P3 (Backlog,) indicating it has been triaged, the bug's Severity is being updated to S3 (normal.)

The issue is partially fixed, with ETP - Strict the page content loads, but some element are still missing (icons, graph, carousel elements).
