STR:

  1. Launch FF with VO
  2. Navigate to https://a11ysupport.io/tests/html/html/select.html
  3. Open the select and use VO cursor to navigate through options

Expected:
When a disabled item is reached, VO says "<item name>, dimmed"

Actual:
VO skips disabled items
