Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to https://www.who.int/mediacentre/multimedia/newsletter/en/ in Firefox Preview Nightly with ETP Strict enabled
- Observe "Subscription" form.
Expected Behavior:
The layout is displayed correctly (e.g padding between the fields, "*" red color )
Actual Behavior:
The layout is broken (e.g no padding between the fields, "*" black color)
The missing css file is: https://cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/classic-10_7.css
Not reproducible with Standard TP

Confirmed, allowing https://cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/classic-10_7.css to load shows the fully-correct layout. We can either proxy, provide a copy of the CSS, or just whitelist that CSS file to fix this.

Because this bug's Severity has not been changed from the default since it was filed, and it's Priority is P3 (Backlog,) indicating it has been triaged, the bug's Severity is being updated to S3 (normal.)

The layout has changed and the "Subscription" form it displayed correctly regardless if ETP is Strict, Standard or disabled.
