STR:

1. Open https://a11ysupport.io/tests/html/aria_alertdialog_document_mode.html
2. VO to button and activate it

Expected:
VO jumps to heading and reports dialog

Actual:
VO jumps to heading and reports window

Notes:
If you try to do VO next from the button into the dialog it reports window and you can't navigate into it. I have seen that in our doorhangers too. Should be fixed in this bug or a new one can be opened.

Reproduced the issue using Firefox 76.0a1 (20200325213906) on macOS 10.12
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 78.0b7 (20200612174529) on macOS 10.12.
