Currently the title (the thing that's displayed on the tab) for the certificate viewer is just "about:certificate". It might be nicer to have something like "Certificate for <Common Name>".

Is "mozilla-central/toolkit/components/certviewer" the folder where I can change configurations to the certificate viewer?
