1625510 - The key icon is getting very small after creating a vulnerable/breached login with a very long username

[Affected versions]:

• Nightly 76.0a1 (Build ID: 20200327094805)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• Mac 10.14.6
• Ubuntu 18.04 x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a profile with at least 3 saved logins in which one is breached.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Firefox browser with the profile from prerequisites
2. Click on the “Create New Login” button.
3. Add a very long username.
4. Add in the Password field the same password of a breached one and click on the “Save” button.
5. Observe the key icon from the right side of the login item.

[Expected result]:

• The key icon is correctly displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The key icon is very small.

[Notes]:

• The issue is also reproducible if the Website Address is very long.
• The issue is also reproducible for the Breached icon.
• Attached a screen recording with the issue.

I have verified this issue using the latest Nightly 76.0a1 (Build ID: 20200401095134) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14, Ubuntu 18.04 x64.

• The key icon does not shrink anymore if the username/website address is very long.
