I have verified this using Firefox Nightly 77.0a1 (Build ID 20200413225327) and Firefox Beta 76.0b4 (Build ID 20200412214314) on Windows 10 x64, Linux Ubuntu 18.04 and Mac OS 10.15 using "en-US" locale build and US region.
The "More Recommendations" link redirects to "https://getpocket.com/explore?src=fx_new_tab&cdn=0" link.
