MDN welcome mail still points to IRC instead of Matrix

Steps to reproduce:
I registered a new MDN account.
Actual results:
I got a nice welcome mail, which pointed me to "#mdn auf irc.mozilla.org", which doesn't exist anymore.
This might just be a problem in the German variant of that mail.
Expected results:
Probably point users to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Matrix. But currently I also found this confusing, as some parts point to https://riot.im/app/#/welcome, some point to https://chat.mozilla.org for new accounts.
At least on the riot server I wasn't able to search for rooms on the mozilla server. So I guess I now have two accounts, on the riot and mozilla matrix servers - oh well.

The welcome mails subject is "Erste Schritte mit Ihrem neuen MDN-Konto", which translates to something like "first steps with your new MDN account", send from the account "Janet Swisher <no-reply@mozilla.org>".

The severity of these bugs was changed, mistakenly, from normal to S3.
Because these bugs have a priority of --, indicating that they have not been previously triaged, these bugs should be changed to Severity of --.
