  • revert the GET collection sort order (c95f2ff) (81b1e3f3, closes #559)

We should expect some storage growth in Spanner due to the forms fix, but that'll for sure be the sole cause (it'll be the only real functional difference from current prod's 0.2.1).

We should be able to roll this out of prod pretty quickly but let's hit stage first.

Deployed to stage yesterday. Load test just completed.
