Since we don't lookup the password with HIBP, we can only base the warning on logins saved in Firefox and the breach date.

I have verified this issue using the latest Nightly 76.0a1 (Build ID: 20200405212522) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14, Ubuntu 18.04 x64.

Go to <example.com>” strings from the Website Breach notification have been changed with the “This password has been used on another account that was likely in a data breach. Reusing credentials puts all your accounts at risk. Change this password.” strings.
