Since we don't lookup the password with HIBP, we can only base the warning on logins saved in Firefox and the breach date.

I have verified this issue using the latest Nightly 76.0a1 (Build ID: 20200405212522) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14, Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
- The “This password was leaked or stolen in another company’s data breach. Reusing credentials puts all of your accounts at risk. To improve your online security, change this password. Go to <example.com>” strings from the Website Breach notification have been changed with the “This password has been used on another account that was likely in a data breach. Reusing credentials puts all your accounts at risk. Change this password.” strings.
