Well this was a curious one, the change in timing caused an error thrown by region.jsm to be received in the console by the above test that was looking for a specific console.log

I have fixed the error being thrown by region.jsm and additionally devtools have a patch up to harden the test @ https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1648795
