The title piggy-backs on the html|b element that usually is used to display the host for a permission prompt in bold. While that helps make it look like a title, it should ideally be in its own line.

This is a bit of a workaround while the DoH doorhanger lives as an add-on and piggy-backs
on the default PopupNotification UI template.
