After clicking on a link, the url doesn't update to reflect the new
url. Even using the backward and forward icons doesn't cause the url
in the url bar to get updated.
This seems to be a problem only on OpenVMS.

Well, now it works for me every time. I don't know how I got it
into that state before.
I'll keep my eyes open and see if I can reproduce the problem.

I can reproduce this by typing in a URL with a non-existant host name and
hitting return. While its trying to connect to the non-existant site, type
in another (valid) URL and hit return. Teh valid url page is displayed but
after a few seconds the page changes to an error message about the
non-existant page. Now the url bar stops updating.
This could be related to the dns thread. I believe this needs some work for
VMS but I was postponing this work until the new async dns thread code is
complete (scheduled for M11).
I will revisit this problem once the async dns thread code is working
on OpenVMS.

This one seems to have gone away now.
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18859 is related, and I guess its
possible that 18859 is masking this bug. If it is, and the bug reappears, then
I'll reopen this bug report.
