Steps to reproduce:

I needed to check a French page. I decided to use Google Translate.

I needed to scrolling in the page, and as designed, it inflicts painful smooth scrolling.

Actual results:

I tried to force it into Reader View to escape the pain.

Expected results:

In the first place, sites should not be able to inflict smooth scrolling, unless users choose to enable smooth painful painscrolling.

In the second place, accessibility tools such as Reader View should work on as many pages as possible.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
