User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:75.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/75.0

Steps to reproduce:

Playback a mp3 via the Web Audio API with the source set to loop.

(see attached document, and make sure to test via HTTP so the XMLHTTPRequest works)

Actual results:

There is a small audio gap between loops.

Expected results:

There should be seamless playback between loops.

This is a regression in Firefox 71, likely related to:
"Native MP3 decoding on Windows, Linux, and macOS"

This plays back correctly on Firefox before version 71, and plays back correctly in Chrome, and Safari. It does not happen with a .ogg file (I've supplied one in the folder).

Tested on macOS 10.15.4 only.
