Steps to reproduce:

Using the Compact Density theme, open a new tab.

Actual results:

The new address bar doubles in volume and clashes with the compact density theme

Expected results:

Address bar should stay compact when using Compact Density theme.
Leave the double size visual to the Touch Density theme.

This bug relates to Desktop Firefox 75 (it was just filed on Android)

This was evaluated already during the design phase and we decided we still want it to expand in compact mode.
