Steps to reproduce:

Open new tab, the address bar will receive focus covering the bookmarks bar (or any other) below.

Actual results:

Half of the bookmarks bar is hidden.

Expected results:

Zoom option should be configurable. The address bar should not affect the visibility of other elements.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
